A leading multi-disciplinary consultancy is seeking an Administrator to join its busy team in Nottingham. The role is for an initial 6 month contract, however it is anticipated that this will become a permanent role.
This role is responsible for the organisation and administration of a key element of the company’s International business: associate contracts. Contract administration includes ensuring that all key expert contracts are sent out and returned and systems are kept up to date with their information. The role is an integral part of the administration team where other administration duties to support the goals of the company will also be carried out.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
•Preparing Associate contracts in liaison with finance and commercial functions.
•Ensure experts have access to the correct health and safety advice when travelling.
•Log and maintain contract information.
•Ensure signed contracts are received by the business.
•Ensure clear handover of contracts to relevant Finance Project Co-ordinator.
•Support administration as required, for example:
•Co-ordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and rail
•Maintain the shared calendar and shared contacts list in Outlook
•Maintain the risk assessment schedule for new and ongoing projects
•Deal with post and courier requests

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
•Computer literacy and knowledge of relevant software packages including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
•General knowledge of office administration processes
